On Saturday, November 1st, we are hosting a men & women's event at the church. The day will start out with the women meeting in the morning for our first ever Paint, Petals, & Pour gathering. The fellowship hall will be filled with worship music, beautiful fall flowers, and brunch. Women, pour yourself a hot drink and sit down besides your friends as our instructor will walk us through a step by step painting. We would like you to register for this free event so we can make sure to have enough supplies for everyone. Paint, Petals & Pour will make your girls' morning outing the best!
Then in the evening, the men will gather for a Tail Gate Party for the Nebraska versus USC game. Lots of appetizers, smoked meats, drinks along with some tailgate games are on the agenda for the evening. Any men up for a corn-hole tournament? Of course, the football game will be on the big screen and there will be lots of rooting on the Huskers for the win. At halftime, we will hear from pastor Steve Warriner who has pastored Abundant Life in Grand Island for years and now is travelling sharing the Gospel and the aspects of God's kingdom to the world. Men, it will be a night of great fellowship and you will be encouraged in your faith.
